Monthly Drawing Reintroduction Announcement

Starting next month, I'll be re-introducing the monthly drawing again. Meaning you can submit one character per month, which will be voted on by everyone, and the winner for that month will be drawn!
It's been quite a while since we've done this, so I'm excited to get back into it again, and I hope it'll be fun for you guys, too.
For anyone interested, the tier should be active again at the $10 slot. As of now, there's currently no cap, either.
