I could be having the best day of my life but watching that scene will always make me sob. Ep 46 is my absolute favourite, even though it hurts so much, it heals a bit too. I watch a channel on YouTube called "cinema therapy" and there's one video where they're critiquing a romantic scene from one of the twilight movies. The guys say something along the lines of "if you've done your job with the story, you don't need to tell me the characters are in love. I should be able to feel it" and that's what I feel hits so hard about the Untamed. You don't need wangxian to profess their love in words because you feel it in your bones with every look and touch. That scene a few eps before this on the steps on Jinlintai where lwj says "walking a single plank bridge into the dark isn't so bad" conveys more than "I love you" ever could. Ahhhhhhhhh! It's truly a love story for the ages! 😭💖

I’m very glad I went with majority and just followed all of the people who had seen the whole show. The amount of times that I rewound while watching this episode is insane.
