Youngest in ELZZUP is 2002 so you're safe. They're made up of people who are also in already debuted groups so it makes sense that they are older although I think there were a few minors in Queendom Puzzle. There was also a video that played before the zb1 performance that had some bp clips in it and made me very emotional about them.
