2018 April Post 04 - Spider Tick Thing

Taking a brief break from the dragon sequence to practice the lineart style. I think it's gradually improving, getting closer to the point where it might be a half-decent comic style.

People seem to like spiders, but not the spidergirls, so here's a 'vanilla' spider.

Feel free to come up with a story for this one.

With just a bit of fiddling this sense could have shown up in my first proper story. http://www.furaffinity.net/view/7691246/ I wrote it for your story contest years ago, its what started me writing publicly. New story idea: It starts in alternate history where the reign of giant bugs never ended, Vertebrates stayed tiny and dumb. Instead the bugs got even bigger as oxygen levels continued to climb. Eventually eusocial bugs of various kinds became dominant, each lead by massive evergrowing queens of godlike intelligence all of them constantly as war with each other. When meanybeany style eat everything growth is discovered the conflict goes to a universal scale and soon beyond. A spider queen realises that she is completely outmatched and flees to a very distant universe, one with humans in it. She ends up with a native American culture in around 1450. She shares her magically advanced technology with them making it a very advanced a powerful but isolated country. Colonalism ruins everything and she has to deal with one problem after another until she end up ruling and looming over the earth. The war she left behind is still expanding, now even regular troops outsize universes. It only a matter of time until it gets all the way out here, converting the whole universe into a tiny fraction of a single bullet. She is the multiverses only hope and so save it she has to eat it.

so is this the spider cave and the billionaire fetish man running around in spandex, trying to get samples for his mad science project. also that is some tough scaffolding. silliness aside for setting the possible scene, it's lovely non the less though.
