Added 2016-06-05 21:26:02 +0000 UTCThis is the shape I was thinking to have her start off at. I think the sleek look works for an aquatic dragon, I haven't really decided yet how she would develop later on. Frills and horns would be a bit problematic as they interrupt the flow of water. Any ideas?

I take it she ends up atleast becomming partail psychically gifted, in order to impair some of her targets will and resoan, and possibly lateron becomming a far a more powerfull psychic being. Because you could try to give her some sort of bodily grooves that grow along side her body, that she uses to carry her voice psycic influence with more of a.. direction of where to go, kinda like a ventriloquist trows there voice.

2016-06-06 16:29:20 +0000 UTCOoh that was quick. As for ideas for later developments, additional and/or larger fins could work, or a longer tail too. Just a progression in how extravagant the pattern of her skin is could work as well if you want to keep the water mobility in check (white details being added to her dorsal fin, black spirals or something on her underbelly, or something along those lines.) It kinda works thematically since she's supposed to be "luring" things towards her, but I dunno maybe it would eventually end up making her a pain to draw.
