How do you feel about Big Circus Balloon?

How do y'all feel about Big Circus Balloon?

I mainly ask because of a singular DA comment calling it out for being weird that i drew Circus Baby, and even though this may seem like a bit much over one comment, it did hit me a bit due to it being one of the only actual comments, so i wanna know how many you may feel the same way just so i can get a better idea of what the majority consensus is, instead of hastily deleting the post because my anxiousness got to high over nothing.


to me, while the idea did come up in my head while drawing Big Circus Balloon that due to the lore / or maybe me misinterpreting the design (i think she's supposed to just be a robot clown girl, i have no idea if the Baby in her name is supposed to actually indicate that she's a robot clown baby girl, which if that is true i might just replace the image anyways because it would make it feel weirder knowing that), that Big Circus Balloon could be viewed as me technically drawing an underage character, but to me & my perspective, when I drawing any character in a NSFW fashion i pretty much always disconnect the version of the character from the canon & essentially draw an AU version of that character specific to that scenario i am drawing / thinking about, like a surface level version of the character that is only similar based on design & probably voice, but the actual lore and background for the character doesn't exist while I'm drawing them, and while I'm playing games or watching shows where there canon does exist, I'm not thinking about how i wish they would be inflated or be put into a NSFW scenario.
Though it DOES happen from time to time, but that's with characters like Pearl, Lois (mainly S1-4), Rouge, Ragatha, etc., mainly any character that is 18+ in canon that i just have an insane love for because i love both the design & the character themselves so much so that i just wanna hug them, and even then i do sometimes still disconnect it because i don't usually imagine the canon character being into stuff that i wanna draw them doing.

Characters like say Tails, Circus Baby, Amy, etc., I'm mainly just interested in the design & disconnect the canon version from the one I'm drawing before i even think whatever idea is in my head, which is made easier by the fact that to me most of these characters aren't usually written like kids, and whenever i do draw them I always just imagine them as the same age i currently am , and while i view the canon versions like they're the age they are supposed to be in the media I'm viewing them in i have no interest in them in any NSFW fashion, even when still not written like i kid, because that is fucked.

I also often try to tweak the designs of them a bit to help add more distinctions to hopefully make them more different from the canon versions at a glance, like how i gave Sonic & Tails eye lashes & makeup in Two Tailed Weed Balloon, or in the case of Circus Baby, just try and make the design a bit more expressive and less robotic like the Toy Chica art i made last year, though it helps when i remember robots in FNAF can't inflate because they're all metal, and not a weird mix of probably rubber & metal, but i probably could've not made them a robot to help make them more disconnected, but i like robots, so i wanted to keep it intact (also like the Toy Chica image).

For characters like Cream, Lisa, Gwen (Original), Kanna, etc., basically any character that is a kid by nature in writing to me is off limits since i can't not imagine them as kids, so trying imagining them in a similar way makes me feel icky, and if i did ever wanna draw them I'd 100% use there grown designs / design a grown up design myself, but even then I'd probably still hesitate to draw them.


while I don't view the Circus Baby art the same way the commenter probably views it since i know for a fact while drawing i wasn't drawing her with intent of her being depicted as underage (and also who knows if the comment is serious or not, I read it as serious but i usually still keep in mind it could either way till i know 100% for sure), i still wanna make sure I'm not stepping over any boundaries / making a majority of you uncomfortable & remove it if people think it does cross a line, and maybe make an original character version so that art can still exist just in a new form, similar to how i want to replace J**den Puff.
