K.O. Zone One (KZO) Release - v0.1

Well, that took a bit longer than expected... but the project's finally ready for its first release!

Been working on this one for around 2-3 months now—lots of twists and turns along the way, but I’m super happy with how it's turned out. In terms of overall complexity, this is way beyond any hold simulators I've been doing so far. While I definitely plan to include that kind of content here too (think: a dedicated "interrogation room"), creating something more open-world and free roam-y like this has always been the dream.

Right now, this project leans pretty heavily into bondage rather than our usual scissorholds and facesitting goodness, mostly because bondage mechanics just fit way better with the new free-roam grabbing system. (Starvy being obsessed with bondage totally didn’t have anything to do with that decision, nope...)

That said, I did sneak in a few standing-friendly options—RNC, handsmother, and chloroform are already in. Don't worry though, headscissors and all that amazing stuff we love are definitely planned for captives in the interrogation room. The animations for standing reverse hs, frontal hs, feet smother, and a regular reverse hs are already done (just gonna need a little more time to get them integrated).

Also had a ton of fun with the music in this game and integrating it into the grab system. I tried to emulate some of the funkiness that characterizes ZZZ's BGMs so much. You can mute the music if you don't like it of course (how to do so will be in the in-game controls menu).

The project also features an uncensored AI model to generate the dialogue for NPCs as they're either grabbing or being grabbed by the player. It definitely still needs a lot of refinement and improvement as many lines are cut off or out of context in one way or another, but the potential is definitely there.

Honestly, this is easily the best-looking thing I've ever made. It feels amazing to finally be inching closer to creating exactly the kind of games I’ve always wanted to play myself.

Massive thanks to Minko—the fantastic animator behind the visuals—and of course to the incredible Cinder Dryad for providing the perfect voice acting. Our Discord moderator 'Upward' was also a massive help when it came to integrating the dialogue AI into the project. None of this wouldn’t have been possible without their amazing work and talent.

But most importantly, a HUGE thank you to every single one of you who keep donating, pledging, and supporting what I do. You’re the ones making it possible for me to keep improving as a dev, taking on bigger and better projects as I slowly build up the skills and resources needed to do them justice. After nearly two years of studying and stumbling my way through Unity, it’s clearer than ever that game dev truly is my passion, and I’ve got you all to thank for letting me chase it. I really hope you enjoy the project and that seeing how much of a jump this is from Termine+ makes you as excited as I am for the future and whatever’s coming next.
