Stranger Things is sooo good and now that it's over, you can get the whole show watched thru in its entirety ... unlike the people (moi!) who watched since it first aired in 2016 and waited with bated breath for almost 10 years for the show to fully air. With Star Trek, I do think for TOS, Key Episodes would be good, since you would get familiar with that show and know what to expect. Then it would be Movies then TNG... onwards if you enjoy it.
