FRANCHISE FRIDAYS
Added 2025-12-06 16:00:11 +0000 UTCI cannot believe we are already planning for January of 2026 (no I'm not a time traveler ๐)
I think you all really liked the director's poll and I want to start adding some actor polls for Franchise Fridays as well so we're starting off with a bit a huge ass poll TBH.
This will help we gauge what you're into and what I should let rest for while. If you vote for a direct or actor poll - please drop your recommendation in the comments - because if either of those win, then we will be doing more polls soon!
Also as far as TV shows - a poll will be coming soon! :) If you want to include some of your TV suggestions below, too - GOT FOR IT!
Multiple Choice here so go for all you like!

There's an awesome series I think you would love called Leverage. It actually has a first series of 5 seasons starting in 2008 and a sequel series called Leverage Redemption with three seasons from 2021. It's an awesome Mission Impossible style action series with a team of professional criminals who team up to help the little guy - by stealing everything the rich guy hurting the little guy has with complicated con jobs and heists in every episode. Funny, exciting and characters you would definitely fall in love with.

2026-01-04 09:44:17 +0000 UTCWeโre still waiting on Loki season 2 and Across the Spider-Verse. Donโt forget about the Into The Spider-Verse post-credit scene before you check it out.

2025-12-19 01:48:53 +0000 UTCMaybe she could do Over the Garden Wall in a single sitting. Really good and really short series. Itโd fit either Jingle beans or Hallowbeans.

2025-12-16 20:30:27 +0000 UTCThe number one Director I want to see on here is Wes Anderson, love his style, really, if you do not like one of his films, give the next one a chance, no two are alike. Number one actor, I would like to see Bob Odenkirk make an appearance, anybody seen the Nobody films? hehe XD or howabout Sam Rockwell, already seen a tiny bit of him on the channel with The Green Mile and mabey one or to others, has anyone seen Moon from 2009?

2025-12-07 07:21:44 +0000 UTCIf Director's Franchise had won... not going to lie: I would have recommended 4/5 different directors and 1 movie each. How about a month of all-women directors? Maybe for Women's History month (March)? Susan Seidelman - Desperately Seeking Susan (1985) (yes, I'm a Madonna fan) Cheryl Dunye - The Watermelon Woman (1996) Martha Coolidge - Valley Girl (1983) Mary Harron - American Psycho (2000) Jane Campion - The Piano (1993) Joan Micklin Silver - Chilly Scenes of Winter (1979) Joyce Chopra - Smooth Talk (1985) Sofia Coppola - The Virgin Suicides (1999) Boring male directors (joke): Terry Zwigoff - Ghost World (2001) Alexander Payne - Election (1999) Todd Solondz - Welcome to the Dollhouse (1995) Quentin Tarantino - Jackie Brown (1997) David Lynch - Lost Highway (1997) John Waters - Serial Mom (1994) Wes Anderson - Rushmore (1998) Michael Patrick Jann - Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999) Chris Columbus - Only the Lonely (1991) Stephen Herek - Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead (1991) Renny Harlin - Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Child (1988) You come up with something!

2025-12-07 07:15:48 +0000 UTCIf you a true DC experience watched the DCAMU. Marvel is good but it is a lot and would take years. Although watching Titans 2018? That'd be funny.
