Just wanted to share some more updates about the next XEN comic project. it's progressing slow and steady... but sadly I think I'm getting too consumed by it, and I'm neglecting to work on the other things I was doing....
I finally decided to keep everything in full colors as it was Derideal, I think this comic is worth it...
specially with the way I'm trying to stylize space-shots haha. those backgrounds I wanted them to be simple, but that also lool cool!
I'm trying to capture the character's emotions as I want readers to understand Bandi's feelings better.
I'll be also introducing very clearly the new characters involved in the story, as part of the comic itself, I've never done that, but I think it will complement episode 1 quite nicely and give it a very "beginning" feeling to it.
Yeh, Bandi certainly doesn't look as strong and serious in private.
But luckily we'll have some more characters in supporting roles, and I plan to expand their stories a little better in this new saga.
