I know it's something cruel, to manipulate him like this... Orozco has a goal too, to bring him "back in line"...
Keep in mind something, the Xenos are almost completely isolated, their masters are almost their only source of information, I mean, there's nothing more to them... Dr Orozco doesn't want to kill Alpha, or get rid of him, which, you could say could be easier? we've seen her suggesting that getting rid of the xenos and just clone them back to start over seems like a good idea to her.
But there's a little more to it, we'll see a little more in the next pages.
