I can't remember exactly who told me this, but it's part of the reason in movies and such during interrogations there's always a bright light to blind the person, besides not letting them see who's talking, it also supposedly intensify their emotions? anyway, can't remember who told me that, but I decided to use it here, also as a way to make the scene to resemble a movie-style interrogation.. in the last panel of page 18 there are some vitals shown, which mean there's someone watching... I also originally thought about making Alpha wear a blinding helmet or just a bag over the head, but made the character look too strange hiding his little ears under it, so I just ended up drawing a blindfold.

This episode I wrote it to be as a little emotional roallercoaster, not as "action" intensive, but we go from emotionally intensive scenes for the characters then a little calmed scene that was the one in the flowers, both emotionally to me, but in different ways.
an episode of big contrasts, in fact, this one is one of the most importants in part 3 to me, makes me feel that the previous "underground" episode could be a remanent of part 2 ahah.
I think part 2 could have been a lot shorter, retrospectively, considering is just the "middle" stable point of the story before it reconnects again with part 1.
