The Repurposing Center (premium) 0.5.24(a)
Added 2025-04-06 23:28:05 +0000 UTCNote 1: Apologies for my long absence. For those not in the know, in early November I had the Shingles, followed by a series of bad flu's through to mid-February. That lead into a health scare (thankfully ended up being fine), and finally issues with one of my fingers. Long story short, I'm back and raring to get some developing done. Thank you everyone for your support and patience during an incredibly long string of bad luck, I deeply appreciate it ^_^

Hey everyone, and welcome to a new premium build. This current build is currently at 2,388,582 words, and 3002 passages, about 7k new words since the last build (though a lot of coding). This has been a challenging build, mostly for external reasons, though I'm happy to be back at it. In terms of the build's contents, it's a bit of a mix, with some well needed more general aspects, and a new story scene for the hucow dairy.
The biggest aspect is probably the rework of the travel encounter system, which has merged the 'travel to' and 'travel back' encounters into one general pool, with some extra work put in to ensure one-off encounters are more common (but not too common). Outside of that, the school schedule is finally viewable from the in-room tablet, and the hucow dairy job has a new narrative scene setting up where that story is going next whilst providing a cool new poster for the player's home.
The main content is; Travel Encounter System Update, Hucow Dairy Job Scene, School Schedule, Shower Hair Un-Styling.
1/ Travel Encounter System Update - The existing travel encounter systems have been merged, so there should no longer be specific 'travel to', and 'travel back', encounters (with some exceptions). The new system pools all of the encounters, separating them between 'general' and 'special' encounters, with 'special' encounters generally being one-off or limited viewing scenes. Under the new system the 'special' encounters should occur about 25% of the time when an encounter happens.
2/ Hucow Dairy Job Scene - A new narrative scene for the hucow dairy has been added, which sets up the next encounter in the narrative, lets the player get to know Betsy and Robyn slightly better, and nets the player a brand-new poster for their in-game home.
3/ School Schedule - Viewable from the player's in-room tablet when looking at the 'Training' options, players can now see the school schedule. The schedule is coded to show you the current day, and then chronologically the rest of the schedule for the cycle.
4/ Shower Hair Un-Styling - Something that escaped my notice, but it seems that it was basically impossible to get rid of a professionally styled hair style previously. Now players can pay when showering to remove 'professionally styled hair styles', with players who have the utilities cost reduction background only having to pay half price (200 G.G.P/100 G.G.P).
Other additions included; A big fix to the morning outfit/underwear pool showing incorrect images on waking up (a separate bug with the outfit list for APK players not showing unless you click on it is known and being investigated), an update to the in-game gallery for the new poster image, updates to the thank you list for the past few months, and some more minor fixes.
Art work commissions and monthly polling continues. The winning March art poll was, Starting Outfit Image Parts for the avatar system (though chastity parts came close in the polls and I'll probably prioritise too). The winning February art poll was, Skyler Snacking On Pet-Slave Food. The Winning January art poll was, the Felicity pin-up. The winning December art poll was, the Anna pin-up. I'll hopefully have a new art poll up sometime over the next few days.

Hannah's storyline seems to not be progressing; I keep getting the initial breaking-a-monitor scene with her. Sorry if the bugs I am reporting are already fixed in the next alpha!

2025-09-09 02:25:00 +0000 UTCI have run into a bug with the new travel encounter system. Sometimes a travel encounter scene has the opposite effect for where you go afterward (home vs destination). This is slightly annoying when it should send you where you were going but you instead go back to your apartment (for example, the first cat-petting scene has text at the end that indicates you are continuing to your destination -- " Regardless, you continue on your travel to your destination" -- but instead you return to your apartment -- the link does say " Head back to your room" and you do -- and it is the next timeslot of the day). Sometimes the link to go to the destination is nonfunctional (the "bucket dumps something on your head" scenes do this, not sure if it is just some of them or all); the link text is there sort of (it is just "to your destination") but not actually clickable. But I THINK this led to a major bug with the school orientation scene series, where somehow instead of going home at the end of the first day of school scenes I was sent to lesson selection, and at the end of the lesson scene the link to continue to the next scene is entirely missing and you are at a dead end. I don't know if this is because the time of day is Late Evening and so lunch etc should not be occurring maybe? Also unrelated error in school text during meal break, post-meal selection but before choosing who to sit with: Trying to find a table, you can see that the cheer girls; Baylee, Catarina, and Aiden, are hanging around with Celeste together on one by the window, with popular guys, Drake and Erik, on the next table over. Over by the doors you see the normal students, Juliette, Quinn, Clayton, and Bridget, chatting happily. Error: <>: bad conditional expression in <> clause: metVeronica is not definedThe delinquents, Artyom and Jenny, are on a table somewhat out of sight over in the corner, whilst finally the outcasts, Joey and Lydia, are sitting away from each other on a table that’s close to the bins.
