Even though King and Mav aren’t blood brothers, So what happened was at the time Mav and Lisa had broken up and during that time to make Mav feel better king told Iesha (sevens mother) to sleep with him which led to her being pregnant with seven but instead of leaving Iesha King stayed and end having 2 babies with Iesha (Kenya and Lyric) Hope this helps
