[NSFW] First Sketch of Submissiveness Training Scene

It's still early, but the image when complete will be used specifically in a training scene where the player is made to wear a dunces cap before being spanked in front of the class. There may be some extremely minor alterations to it, but this is the general theme of the picture. Once more, the artist Silverjile has graciously cleared me posting the early versions here.
