My idea basicly is to turn D.va from Overwatch into well a Mannequin resembles her and wears her piloting suit ....as for the pose of the Mannequin i would leave it open to you The scene would be with her already fully transformed and suited up ...maybe with a small well "inside view bubble" with her original face shocked about what happened to her
