The mega bird species, especially militarized birds who've severed in any conflict, are barred from all political positions in a galaxywide ban. "Chickens need not apply", "Birds go home", "No Cluckers", "We serve no two piece drumsticks", is a common sight on most planets, and seems to be the consensus for past crimes of mega bird space supremacy and attempted annihilation of all other existing things.
