I've decided to make another WIP comic process
SKETCH SCRIPT
This page looks almost exactly like the initial sketch... I'm trying to forget about speed and re-design the pages a before ink... in future pages, this not much - I just make it more complex and spent more time in backgrounds
LINEART
BACKGROUNDS AND INK SHADES + FLAT COLOR
Once the character lineart is done, I usually setup their flat colors, so their lines don't confuse me while drawing the background
SOME MORE COLORING...
ENHANCE WITH LIGHT AND SOFT SHADOWS!
I'm using sort of the same process I use to color XEN, but I spend more time on the lineart and also add some extra layers of lighting to make everything a little more detailed.
