Sniper commission WIP

this time it's mostly about the general process my commissions follow:
step 1 & 2: pose rough sketch - the idea of this stage is to find a proper pose that depicts accurately the idea of the client, in this case pose number 2 was choosen.
step 3: detailed sketch, a guide for drawing the final character.
step 4: render lineart and painting (cell shade in this case!)
