2025-02-05 21:15:18 +0000 UTCThe Dream Lord reminds me and many fans of a classic one-off foe from the 6th Doctor era, 'The Ultimate Foe', so to speak, not that this villain is actually called that, and he is a bigger threat than the Master, but he is possibly the Doctor's most powerful and dangerous foe. He-hee. The Dream Lord may, in fact, be a variant of that same villain, and this return is long, long overdue now.
