WIP 10% Seaport Hime
Added 2016-02-08 12:37:24 +0000 UTCWe're starting this February with the 2nd place poll winner from last month, Seaport Hime (Or Harbour Princess) as in JPN; Kowan Seiki, from Kantai Collection!
Though her official design looks tough, cool, and serious, the Kancolle fandom always depicts her as a mild big sister who often gets treated badly, and I actually like both of the perspective, so her special face expression might end up being the serious one :)
