Complaints on the New Profile Page *Issue fixed

My god you are right. The suggestion was 1600*900 pixels a couple days ago (before the latest newsletter and updates yesterday) So this update finally fixes this issue after all, but yeah there was nothing to notice me about that except you lol. Still, if they have taken care of my sent notes and reply them to let me know that they are fixing this and it will be fixed in this update, I wouldn't come up with these complaints -__- Anyway, thank you very much. Now this looks just right!

Well let's see I just checked the size it recommended which is 1600 x 400 pixels I just replaced my old banner with that size. Is that what you did too? Also using Windows. I do notice that your banner is cut off on my end too so it shouldn't be the browser or my comp resolution. It looks like an issue with the size of the banner maybe?

May I know your screen resolution size? Are you using Windows or a Mac? I would love to gather as much info as possible just in case they wouldn't be able to revert it back again ever haha

Mine is fine or I haven't noticed '___' hopefully they fixed it. I'm sure it'll be fine. The new design is okay, but it'll take some time to get use to. I do miss having the tiers in the middle and larger, but it's pretty much like how Kickstarter has their tier rewards so I don't think it'll be that big of a deal. It's different but mine seems fine ^_^; no complaints here

I know that's what they're aiming for and that's why it looks right on phones :) But isn't viewing it on PC is like... the main priority? Since the majority of people would browse the site using a computer. And my main complaint focused on how they did not communicate with the creators who volunteered helping them :( and that is frustrating because it's affecting my growth. But hey thank you for spending your time helping me out! This is a great info.

Mine is showing like in your screenshot too. I'm guess that Patreon is try to approach new design for creator profile page to support the popular style of web design in this era call "Responsive web design" for more information you can look them up on Wiki but you can try for yourself by go to this website <a href="http://www.awwwards.com/50-examples-of-responsive-web-design.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.awwwards.com/50-examples-of-responsive-web-design.html</a> and try to view in full-screen first and then try to view in re-size window you'll see that it'll automatically change the site to optimal view in all resolution :D This is really good because user can see optimal view of website as web creator intent on what ever devices that user use, But for Patreon I think there something wrong in their web design department and end up released it out while it's still broken ^^; I'm just try some quick test and here is the result, First screenshot I'm viewing your profile on my PC without re-size browser window <a href="http://i.imgur.com/VryznhT.png" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://i.imgur.com/VryznhT.png</a> as your can see it look like the one your show in this post. And then I try to re-size the window to really small size to simulate viewing from mobile phone <a href="http://i.imgur.com/uAERDKR.png" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://i.imgur.com/uAERDKR.png</a> It's look perfect as your want isn't? That why user that view your profile on mobile device didn't notice this problem your mention. I hope they will fix this problem for you soon ^^;

I agree that it has potential and it looks modernly good and innovative, but the thing is that it's not functioning well enough. And now some creators that have a long story written on their profile (me included) would be bothered by how far people has to scroll down until they could see the creator posts section, while in the old profile page, they can just click at the tab on top. They SHOULD keep those tabs instead of remove them :-/ I don't mind the full header at all. It looks great, but since it's buggy, it's crap.

The new design has some potential, even though there seems to be a lot to do to make it actually user-friendly. It really lacks something like the homepage from the previous profile page, where all the info about the creator, the tiers, etc. could be found [without looking so unappealing, like it is now]. And I guess the big header thing is a trend now - it can be seen all over the internet, but only some sites really nailed it. Too bad that "beta-testing with no return" is slowly becoming a trend too. :/ I don't know why I'm writing it all here. Maybe because it's more fun to make complaints with someone else? :D Anyway... I hope all the most needed fixes will come soon.

You don't see the header's upper part cropped out? Wow I want to see how it looks like. And yeah lol the tiers are now hard to find. Some browsers and screen sized display them on the right corner and some said it's below the profile. It's really broken.
