[OC] Two Paolas

I forgot to post this here... my bad!

It's been a while since I drew my OC Paola so I really wanted to do something new. Today is actually my birthday and the original time I wanted my game to be release by as I am now the same age as the main character, Paola. Unfortunately, things didn't work out that way.

To those unaware, Paola is the protagonist for the game I was making for... a while. I put it on hiatus last year after having spent a huge amount of time on it and not being super far along (the start of the game up to the first boss is more or less finished... leaving only 12 more chapters to create). Clearly how things were going wasn't working so I've been planning to restart development with a much reduced scale and a much simplified battle presentation (think Earthbound or Etrian Odyssey as far as UI goes).

Anyway, this art is the first time I depicted the two versions of Paola seen in the game together. On the right is how she would normally appear in the game. On the left is her past self as she sees herself in her dreams. The game was to have you explore the main desert setting during the day while running from the game's main antagonist, Alice, during Paola's dreams (or well, nightmares) at night. I think when I finally resume development I want to merge the two halves more though and play with twisting reality more.

I'll be making more posts of older art I did of her later so I hope you enjoy them lol.
