Damia Revamp Concept Art + New Release Build Details

Many people have been asking for an art revamp of Damia, that said I found an artist willing to take on the work and looking forward to sharing how that goes. Here is the concept art for what the new Damia art could look like, that said nothing is final and the colors will be done by Lunarpix to fit the other colors of the game. Damia will have a total of 16 images progressing from normal to hyperpregnant sizes.

With the new year coming up, it has been a while since the last release. This past year has been really rough on my schedule when it comes to making games unfortunately. That said I have created several more characters in that time frame and look forward to adding them to the game.

As for the next release, I'm planning on a new build to come out sometime in February. As a reminder, the first build release is always a bit rough with some bugs so for those who want a better experience, you may want to wait a week after the build is release for the hotfixed build. I will share more details about the build in time but here are some quick patch notes about some of the major changes with this next build. Anyways thanks for supporting the game and look forward to hopefully finishing the game sometime this next year.

New Build Details:
-Continued story as leah searches for a potion to cure her companions.
-Continued story as leah explores the snowy steampunk city or Brasswall.
-New crystal system allowing you to equip unique crystals which can have various effects for the character and their pregnancy.
-Revamped Combat Change, new attacks and combat scaling.
-Revamped Bosses that are a bit more interactive to the characters and have new abillities
-Mansion changes allowing you to see any guests outside of their rooms as well as the abillity to host parties
-New locations to visit and characters to meet as well as side quests to fulfil.

just got into the game like, 3 days ago and im LOVING it. The art tends to not blend together all the time but its still so great to see a hyper pregnancy game that actually HAS pregnancy, and isn't just cutsenes or at the end. Hope to see more progression and will be supporting this game for a while as long as there are updates

This is helpful, I'll see what I can do. Clothes wise I was trying to follow a similar style to the other angels in game including marrazan's angel art and the angel guardian lunarpix drew a while back. That said I plan to make some adjustments. The floating bit is tricky, I'll think on it but would change some things given the size increase over time. I did request the face to remain somewhat similar so if this looks off I can see what I can do to try and keep a similar structure. As for the athletic look, that is hard to say for me until the pose is set but I will keep that in mind. Thank you for the feedback!

This redesign does seem jarring to me and I'll try to figure out specifics. I think first of all the generic T-pose feels a bit stiff and lifeless, but that might just be a starting point for character design. I think regardless of the pose, the original Damia design had much longer legs and slender features without muscle definition, while the new design seems much "sturdier" with shorter legs and less graceful. The new design looks like a cross-fit enthusiast, while at the same time the splayed feet look uncoordinated, not very...goddess like? The old design seemed more like the quintessential ballerina physique that could somehow float around effortlessly, at least at first! :) The waifish look vs the athletic look, I suppose. Also, the newer design has a more stern facial expression, while the old design had gentler, more soothing eyes, I think. I defer to your own preference though!
