Just got the art finished for the hyperpregnant farmer's wife "Amber Lee". Overall it will involve a questline that can start once chapter 2 is complete. It will involve finding some unique goods to satisfy Amber Lee's cravings, particularly some magic pickles.
A few of you may notice something unique to the name, that is she is related to the backer npc in royal city. Likely you will have to visit the baker along this questline to find out some more backstory behind these two characters.
