Added 2016-02-21 20:43:04 +0000 UTCBuildup of the shading and highlight layers, with the colors used in the middle there.
I went back and forth about giving them drab or candy colored outfits and ended up with a combo. I think I'll save full candy colored costumes for loompettes that work within factories - they won't be seen in PDE, but future comics. :B
I can still change their colors easily so I'm open to input.
