This is an 8-page story that branches off from the plot of Date A Live Season V.

After being attacked and killed by Mio, Yoshino is left behind on the cold, hard ground.

Her body is later retrieved—whether by Ratatoskr or DEM mercenaries, no one really knows.

And from there… before the end of this world, including the heart rip, she'll be tormented again and again.
