2025-02-05 01:14:59 +0000 UTCEmu is not great. It's very tough. 'They' are very tough - almost bulletproof. Most people who hit them with a car die. Just ask the guys from, 'The Great Emu War'. They shot them with a machine gun and most of them just kept running and didn't even have the decency to die later from blood loss. You would have to stew emu, I think, to tenderise it. I don't think frying would be great, even in Oregon.. Kangaroo, on the other hand, is delicious, especially barbecued, but don't overcook it. It's very high protein and low fat.
