Re-designing Synica + Other updates

After that animation was done, I decided to go back to working on my next music video. This video will feature both of my OC’s, Moika & Synica.
Because of this, I decided to start making a couple of changes to Synica. These changes are necessary to me, as when animating and drawing her before, I had some issues with a few things (expressions, poses, proportions, etc.), and I was not really enjoying some of the results.
That’s how I normally work with my character design abilities. I draw something, then I animate it, then I get to experience what didn’t work from that process, and I make changes for the future. That’s how Moika’s design has evolved through the years, and it’s only natural that I do the same for Synica.
Here are a couple of sketches I did this week, that are leading me in a new direction with her. Nothing is conclusive yet, but I still want to share it with you.”

On another note. I am releasing two more illustrations from my Moika Lingerie set . Here are the sketches for the new poses that will be painted and release here next week.

2023-10-23 13:38:56 +0000 UTCI understand the whole process of creating some of my characters, and when changes are necessary for more efficient work and less hassle in the drawing process. let's say the only thing that I will miss from before, and this is a small detail that I didn't mention before, but I will always miss the shape of Moika's eyes in the first music video, I don't know why but she had a much more serious and sexy look in the first video, now that's just a small thing that I miss (which doesn't make the new design bad, it just feels different in a way) from her old design. Now for Synica, she is a much more complicated design and I understand the changes that need to be made, and I'm really interested in how the final version will look like.
