There is a part of me that feels like I own you more, or at least an apology. And there are around 400 of you supporting me here, so it's important that I am honest and open about it.
Here is what this tier offers as stated on my Patreon Page. And what you probably read when you started supporting me here.
From everything I included there, I know have not delivered in most of them over the last few months. And I am very sorry about that.
I don't have a good excuse for this. I've been focused mostly on creating new animations and that has been the only thing I've been delivering here.
Making tutorials is something that I loved doing in the past. But they are very time consuming and they would have a very big impact on my current production times. So I really can't focus on them right now.
About the the lack of Q&A exclusive livestreams. Tha has just been poor time management from my part. As that is something I could really do every month without much effort. So I plan on keeping those and being more responsible there.
In any case, I don't plan to delete to delete this tier, because it really covers a lot of my current expenses and I know a lot of you are here just to give extra support. But I wanted to be honest and open about it. And hear your thoughts about it even if they are negative.
After I gather some feedback I will make some changes to it. To reflect a new direction and more realistic expectations. I am very sorry that it took me this long to talk about it. And I completely understand if you want to downgrade your support if you feel I didn't met your expectations.
I will try to make something better with this, something realistic and commit to it. I promise!

The tutorials were cool but I gleaned more knowledge from the community interactions and just hanging out in general. That's just me though. Over time I decided to keep my support where it is because that is what I want to do. If I did not want to do so, I would lower it or remove it, but I don't because I truly enjoy being a part of the community and watching things grow from start to finish. You're stuck with me lol.

I won't ly: you was more active with us as most Artists, So much that it was easy for me keep supporting you even as you stepped back from monthly meetings and as you needed more time for yourself and family. Jeez, I don't know how to end this ... You the captain on your own ship and I will probably stay on board until we capsize!

2022-05-11 04:47:58 +0000 UTCI enjoy giving you the extra support, especially because you're already fairly engaged with the community and you're one of my favorite artists and people to follow in general. Time management is hard, and I personally think you're feeling a little too guilty about the higher tier given your current drive to produce the music video (that we're all highly anticipating.) Personally, you've fulfilled the "teach me" part with the guidance you offer in your twitch streams lol. The whole deal about habits and the audio books, and a few other things here and there. I wouldn't break my back over it, but it doesn't really have to be anything big or that you feel you have to tear yourself away from your main project for if you really want to add a perk for the $10 tier. Just a little bit of exclusivity now and then in small ways if you want to throw something in like that... something like commission raffles, or polls on certain events, or anything else that's manageable along those lines. Lol heck, I was delighted to be featured in credits and to get stickers for supporting during your first music video. Just keep doing what makes you happy. We'll all be happier for it and continue to support you. It may be hard for you to feel like it sometimes, but we think you deserve it. Lol sorry for the long post. ๐

Absolutely, I'm a very amateur artist so all the help I can get I'll take haha. But I'm not expecting one EVERY month. (don't know if that was the intention or if I'm misunderstanding that part). Even if it's like once every 6-8 months, or whatever fits into your time table, would be awesome. Don't stress yourself out, but at the same time we love seeing you challenge yourself and improve your craft! Do what you think is best, I'll keep supporting you as much as I can! :)

2022-05-11 04:00:02 +0000 UTCI mean, in all honesty, I am for the extra support knowing that many of the additions wouldn't necessarily apply to me. I can't draw if my life depended on it, that and I can't stream things very well thanks to my crappy and so very unfulfilling internet service lol The biggest issue I'd see is that, you're quite a busy person with what you're doing all ready that doing much else might be a struggle. There is an idea, but I'm not sure how you're turnaround on individual pieces of art is like.
