2021 Year In Review (Themes)
Added 2021-12-13 21:43:28 +0000 UTCIn addition to longer comics being featured this year, I also mixed in a lot of darker themes into the comics than I usually do. The biggest non-TG comics this year all centered on corruption of some kind, and I'm curious what y'all thought of that. Would you like to see some comics keep the drama while ditching the dark corruption, or keep things as they are? Or maybe you want me to focus on comics that are more breezy?

2021-12-14 12:42:40 +0000 UTCJust to expound upon my thoughts, I just wanted to get this out there. There's a time and place for corruption, and it's just a matter of YOUR comfort level. I personally love TACOS and the full 100% corruption. That being said, I also think they should be fewer and far between. Give things a chance to stew for a little bit while doing happier things that provide joy or redemption. I'm still on the side of do more light stuff than dark, but there's absolutely a time and place for a good ABSOLUTE corruption.

2021-12-14 12:09:16 +0000 UTCI love TACOS. Even now that they will always be TG. They aren’t dark. They are tongue in cheek and just sexy fun. Honestly, one of only a few comics that I truly disliked was Xeraphim. That was dark and once a chick sprouts horns I’m out. You got a pretty good mix going on right now in terms of tone. I just miss the shorter stories that were published more quickly.

2021-12-13 23:36:15 +0000 UTCIt really does come down to the story. Some have darker/lighter themes and it feels appropriate, and other times it doesn't quite feel organic to the story progression. Like The Actor had some dark stuff, but the lighter ending defs was the best conclusion for it.

2021-12-13 23:18:14 +0000 UTCWhether dark or light hearted, I’d prefer the images to be more realistic. I refer you to Emory Ahlberg’s work. They are almost like real life people. Yours on the other hand have an unfinished quality to them, and you tend to draw the women with humongous breasts when a mix tending to the smaller is my preference. I’m letting my subscription expire soon because of these issues.

2021-12-13 22:32:52 +0000 UTCI think the current mix is great. As for whether to have more of one over the other, I would want dark where it makes sense (like TACOS) and lighter where possible (Mom Jeans, CFW, Great Heights).

2021-12-13 22:18:03 +0000 UTCI'm comfortable with whatever if you want to have a good dark story then go ahead if you want to have a good light story then go ahead it would depend on the story itself me myself I like the occasional body swap story sometimes if you want TGTrinity how about this and it should make everyone happy how about as a community of tg lovers vote for how the story should end if everyone is comfortable with that and if you are also comfortable with that also because you are making the content and don't want you to get overworked
