I know it’s not a musical so it might not be a good fit for your channel, besides there seems to be many other reactions on your list, but I would definitely recommend giving it a watch sometime, either to put up or to just enjoy. I know it's blasphemy, but I honestly did not enjoy Black Friday nearly as much as Nerdy Prudes Must Die. The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals and Nerdy Prudes are both enjoyable as standalone shows that have an understandable plot concept with a beginning and ending even if you don't know Hatchetfield, and Black Friday feels like just lots and lots of lore and music numbers that were cut from different better shows. I tried to watch BF several times and despite fun songs and great characters it felt like I was on a roller coaster and I could see a big hill in the distance and was excited to get there... but the ride ended and there was no big hill because I wasn't on the right roller coaster in the tangle of track in the theme park. I got a tour of the track, but the ride never went there. I wouldn't mind if Mortius skipped Black Friday, but here we are with Spies are Forever so I'm just as cold as he is!

People have already mentioned that the actress that plays Susan and the waiter is trans and uses she/her pronouns, although her characters use he/him pronouns. But I wanted to mention that she generally plays two main characters - the informant - the waiter that you saw, this character is always out in the field and seen around Curt. And then Susan, only ever with Cynthia (Lauren's character). You said that you have a hard time figuring out who is the same character and who is only the same actor and this one confuses a lot of people, so just wanted to help with that.

I always assumed that was the extra backer role that you got to play for a show if you backed the Kickstarter at a certain tier. it feels more forgivable if they did it to make the character easy to play with almost no rehearsal. Still definitely not great, but maybe a little understandable? Particularly 8 years back.

As someone who voted for Black Friday, I don't feel cheated at all. I might think differently if you posted a poll knowing the whole time that the vote never mattered, but that's not the case. They're both great shows and you picked the one you felt most ready for. Great reaction! I think you got your answer about the text overlays, by the way. When Mega reads Cynthia's note and we see it on screen, I noticed a few laughs from the audience that wouldn't really make sense if all they saw was Mr. Sad Spy Man.

I have never seen spies are forever but I’ve been meaning to watch it forever. lol. So this was good motivation to watch it so that I could have more fun watching this. Also I’m a little sad this wasn’t a Black Friday reaction but I’ll live. I’ve waited this long I can wait a bit more

Oh I'm so excited for this. Was not expecting spies are forever before rest of Harchetfield, but I love this show so much! And honestly kinda liking keeping to almost release order for these shows. Means that it's easier to follow their growth as actors, performers, writers and producers
