[Idea]October Character Poll π

As announced this last month, we are looking for ideas for "Halloween in Pokemon (Feral, OC possible)".
Both SFW and NSFW are acceptable.
As before, if you need a costume or background, please give me as detailed a reference as you can, exactly as you envision it. I am not able to coordinate costumes.
Postscript. Allow other characters and OC or Anthro to be added.
