Dan, a young medium boy, tries to capture Hexus, a powerful grudge spirit, but Dan turns the tables and is turned into Hexus' plaything. However, Dan succeeded in capturing him through a gap in Hexus's life and kept him by his side as his partner.
They have spent a lot of time together, but their relationship doesn't seem to have changed much; Hexus still treats Dan roughly. But there is a definite trust, affection, and bond formed within. So Dan is willing to accept it.
