It's not designed for 100% off the grid living. however, you can easily change to that. because this lot already includes a lot of water and power generator. I made :Sulini life" house for my household with 2 generations (Elder sims and young adult sim). and I've played during a while, everything works it should be and really cozy and convenient to play. also I considered Sulani island life style when I build this. So you may feel naturally better when neighborhood sims come by.
