[Skeb] Kenku Tribe of Pigeons (postscript)

This time, since the kenku was a pigeon motif, we made sure that the pigeon had a good face. The dove has a less intimidating expression than the crow, so it was difficult to give it a Kenku look.

Originally, I had imagined a back alley at night, but the blue-green air I had drawn in the draft had a nice dark taste, so I decided to use this one. As you can easily see from the grayscale image, this change turned out to be a good one, since Kenku has a comparatively darker hue.

This time Skeb was conscious of the speed painting exercise. I placed the composition to lead the viewer's eye and also controlled the density difference in the drawing. While it is important to draw in the parts you want to show, it is equally important to reduce the amount of drawing in the supporting characters.

There are some things I regret, such as the slightly skewed building in the background, and the shadows on the bridge could have been a little darker, but overall, the artwork is very responsive.

Above all, if I can master speed painting, I may be able to create many original artworks.
