Added 2022-05-27 17:47:03 +0000 UTCI couldn't really think of a dog-like way to have fun, and with the exception of the last one, the only other thing I could think of was knotting. I struggled to come up with a satisfactory concept.
Monsters in Monster Hunter are difficult to simplify. I used to draw monsters when I was still drawing only analog (you can see them on Instagram and Tumblr), but even then I didn't have a satisfactory answer. My ideal is to keep the anatomical realism, but with some deformation in facial expressions and gestures. Now with Monster Hunter Stories and more artists drawing monsters, my ideal references are easier to obtain.
