She seems to be a character that is probably a mixture of insect and humanoid, but it seems that insect characters are sometimes perceived as more like creatures. But I also like those creature-like characters.

Riija's species design is a mix between an elf, deer, and moth actually. ^-^ She doesn't have much of the visible deer stuff though. This came out really good!
