The Lady was using kids brcause their imaginations could produce worse nightmares, not kidnapping them. ( i doubt its a pedo thing but she is evil no doubt and she gotta go) she also explained in the convo that bakus bad luck mightve been from the bad dreams in his subconscious. Nem has no control over people in the real world using her as a conduit for nightmares. She was kidnapped when she was in a coma. When baku becomes agent 7 in dreams his hair is dyed, has the cowlick, and has contacts. Its a neat detail. In the end it showed that either using the catastrom cause his inner nightmare to come true(with the destroyed buildings and fire)
