Just scrap doing games. So many artists have done this and their comics/animations have suffered. Significantly might I add? You are great at comics and animations. If you want to put a poll on animations or comics.

Games are the way to go. No need for heavy time consuming animations if visual novel is well done. Maybe collab with some renpy expert to be able to focus more on stories and renders? Awesome art<3

I admit to being of two minds. On the one hand, we all remember that time you wanted to make detailed mo-cap animations, and wound up investing a lot of time, money, and effort to develop very little content while neglecting the comics. Fappage is good, but I also want to see, for example, where Rose and Gina's relationship goes next. On the other hand, even the short game demo you published is very fappable. Moreover, it knows what it is. I've seen a lot of horny VNs that spend up to an hour or more on exposition and worldbuilding before getting to the fappage. You've opted to instead jump right in and explain things as you go, which is the way to do it. After all, people don't open a porn game because they'll be horny in thirty minutes, they o it because they're horny NOW. So, I was doubtful, but you won me over. :) I still want to know what happens with your existing characters, but this new batch is likely to grow on me.

Hey Serge, do what suit you best, but the Visual Novel will surely take time (hentai university in developement for years now and still going on), so maybe you should close the Alison's arc, which is the main arc for now, and then you will be free to commit to any new project !

The game can basically also be a comic at the same time so there's no harm in just recycling the image sets as a second release I suppose.
