In Reliving The War #180 I talked about the documentary ESPN aired regarding the WWF & WCW's rise in popularity during 1999. Jerry Lawler and Michael Cole said this was a hit-piece due to Raw beating Monday Night Football in the TV ratings, so I wanted to watch the documentary and give my thoughts on it. Hope you enjoy!

I do think they did a much better job explaining wrestling at the start than Pro Wrestlings Greatest Secrets. It came across more fact based, digestible. Then it went downhill. I knew these type of kids, and their equally rude and annoying parents. Total spastics. Primetime started at 8pm, not 9pm here and when I started watching bed time was before 10. I have a vivid memory of being sent to another room while the ho train came out lol. At the time I didn't know what it was, but unlike these children, I listened to what Mom and dad said.
