In Reliving The War (over 2 episodes) I managed to cut this down to around 12 - 13 minutes. There's an extra 5 minutes in the unedited version where Buff goes into more detail regarding his injury so check it out below to get his full story.
I asked him to tell me all about the injury on Thunder, and this is what he sent me.

Instead of DDP (who has stated that he should have walked away until WWF wanted to do The People v The People angle), Bagwell would have been a much better fit for the stalker in the Taker storyline.
