RIP Fenris

I was very saddened to hear about the passing of Fenris.

He was an exceptionally talented artist whose characters always felt alive and expressive, and whose creativity in panel composition was truly amazing. Personally, what I admired most about him was the passion he brought to everything he did, both in creating his comics and in sharing them with others. Whenever he showed his latest work, you could feel that energy, and it always made me wish I had a little more of that same fire in myself.

News like this are a painful reminder of how fragile we all are, and how important it is to appreciate the people around us and those we share this craft with. Someday there won’t be any new drawings or stories from the artists we admire, and the characters they created will leave with them.

I feel grateful that Fenris once chose to draw Chloe and Amber in such wonderful fanarts... Something I’ll always remember with pride. Erotic comics lost one of its great artists today, and while I feel sadness, I also feel thankful for everything he gave us through his art.
