13:40 I can add something here - I had the Hardy Boyz WWE produced "autobiography" when I was a kid and Matt Hardy said that he sent in a tape to the WCW Power Plant of him doing a gimmick called High Voltage but heard nothing back, then saw this High Voltage gimmick on TV sometime after that and believed that the gimmick was ripped off from his tryout tape, which was then later confirmed to be the case by someone else who was at the PP at the time (don't remember who). I really enjoyed this. When I was a kid, we didn't have cable, so the wrestling shows I watched were like this one. It brought me back to a simpler time 😁
