Patreon Only Stream Test Video

Hey all.

I want to hopefully get back into live streaming / gameplay videos as a way to offer more content to you guys on Patreon. With your pledges, I was able to get some better streaming hardware and I've put the capture device to the test in this video. This is a recording of Sonic Mania on the Series X with a commentary / audio test.

I talk a little here about my plans for future gameplay / live streaming for Patreons but the main purpose of this video was to quality test. I've recorded here in 1080p 60fps but I noticed a few dropped frames during the recording.. so this is something I need to revise. The audio levels were also off as you can't hear the in-game music, so I'll also fix this too. Please note too that the recording has been put through handbrake to reduce filesize for Vimeo, but I hope it stays in 1080p on the Vimeo player. If it looks awful, try reloading the vimeo page or give it a few minutes.

So this is really just a test video but I'll soon run a test stream to test for optimal settings. I'll let you guys know when I go live (sometime this week or next week) and I'll test again with Sonic Mania (chose this game due to the speed, wanted to see if it held up). It won't be anything exciting, but I want to get it right :) I want to start putting more stuff on Patreon and if I can deliver more content during my downtime, then that would be suitable for everyone I think. It wont always be video game streams, we can also get together and talk wrestling for a bit and have a laugh.
