Hii everyone !
As you probably already know, I go to the gym to keep a sporty activity in my life. Unfortunately, sometimes motivation and discipline just aren't enough. With my work, cosplay, drawing, and many other things, my sessions are often random and I can't keep up a steady pace because of aches... As a result, after a year, I still haven't seen any visible results and that's frustrating me enormously... I've gained a little in strength but I'm struggling to increase the weights, increase my diet and put on weight... Sometimes I feel good in my body, but most of the time it's a disaster...
Anyway, that's what I wanted to tell you because it's a huge problem in my daily life and I'd really like it to change. ❤️
