Big Nosed Lady concept!

For those on CurvySquare discord you maybe saw her in WIP channel, but here's a concept of (technically) a very old character remake. Plan is just to have her as "the" big nose lady with cute face...but yeah, then what?
Any possible body type you'd like to see on her? Milfy, chubby, buff? As well as any other ideas you'd like to possibly try out on her - anything from her hairstyle, details etc.
