[Game Update] It's a Gluttonous Life - alpha0.23.1 Release

Changelog
-The game should no longer crash when you're interacting with people at the bar.
-Sigrid will no longer go jogging when it's raining or during a thunderstorm.
-You will no longer find yourself elsewhere after Sigrid spits you out at her home.
-The hit to your relationship with Elaine will now be much more severe if you tell her that you'd rather be digested alive over having to pay rent.
-Improved backgrounds for Ice Cream Parlor when it's raining or during thunderstorms.
