It was 1$ when GOAT was first released with a maintained demo link for it,but it gave too much extra work for that price.(Making a demo build, maintaining the links, so much room for error. Not to mention I not maintain Mega and Dropbox links too.)
It's more like a tip tier now, accesing polls ,wip posts and of course, the Discord server.
