I just joined, what should I do?

First of all, read the latest update posts, we also encourage you to join our private discord channels by accepting the supporter role to stay up to date with all updates and changes. We are posting much, MUCH more frequently over on discord!

How do I get a Discord role?

It is the end of the months and I have not received any art pack. What should I do? Will it be available for much longer after it is released?

We inform you about any delays on a regular basis, so please check if there is any entry on this topic here or on the discord. If there are delays, the availability time of the art pack will be extended. Usually, art packs are available for 20 days from the date of release. The art pack will be released within first week of the next month at the very latest in case of delays. Otherwise, please contact us.

Can I order a commission from you?

We are not planning anything at the moment, but we are open to any suggestions. If we manage to find some free time to do that in our monthly schedule, we would be very happy to help and advise you on your art journey.

Are edits only for subscribers?

We don't want to keep creating a paywall to our fans and followers. His site is here to provide bonus content in the form of sketches, wips, creation processes and direct interaction with us, and above all to support our work. What is created with your help is finally published online, albeit after some exclusivity period has ended. You get to not only enjoy said content early, but also help with some of the creative choices we’re making in forms of voting/suggestions. The support we’re receiving here is first and foremost allowing us to commit a larger chunk of our monthly schedule to developing all those fan projects to give back to our community.

ART PACKS

I joined and I can't claim my art pack, where can I get it?

Art pack prizes are sent to supporters from the beginner tier up ($2+). Art packs are sent manually by us in private messages and newsletter, so it may take a while before we get the notification and go on the site to send it. It is also possible that we are just asleep by then due to timezone differences^^; If you still do not receive your package after 24h, please contact us!

I am missing something in the art pack???

Please check carefully what benefits your tier is entitled to and check if everything is correct. If in doubt, please contact us.

How long is the art pack available?

Art packs are released at the end/beginning of next month. From the moment of release, they are available to all supporters and new family members for the next 20 days. After the next pack is released, the previous ones are available online for your purchase. For more infor check discord.

Can I get earlier packages?

Most of the full res pics, edits, wips and sketches end up on discord, where you can scroll through a backlog of the previous months rewards. However, if you care about special prizes like an animation file, process gif/mp4 you will find them online. Check discord FAQ

However, each new supporter has the right to ask for one of the previous bundles that corresponds to their tier. If you are interested in accessing it, please contact us.

Can I get PSD files?

The PSD files are available in $15+ packs avaiable as a part of exclusive content.

REQUESTS

How do sketch requests work and where can I request them?

Each month, $30+ supporters have the right to request one drawing of their choice. You can submit your proposal on a form that will be sent monthly.

Does the form have a deadline? What happens if I forget to complete the form?

Yes, answers provided 5 days before the end of the month will not be considered. Please check that you have submitted your request for sure. If you miss a form, unfortunately you have to wait for the next one or contact us, we may find some time to make up for it.

Can I have a traditional sketch please?

Yes, any supporters of $30+ can ask for a traditional sketch. However, sketches will be shipped physically in bundles of twos. So you have to declare yourself for the next one to send them together, so that you do not incur additional shipping costs.

How long does it take for a postcard?

Letters to supporters from Europe reach much faster. As far as we know, they get to USA in about a month. We apologize for the inconvenience and delays, but we have no influence on some things, especially relating to the currently ongoing global shipping delays.

What's in the envelope?

We send sketches, postcards and some personal bonus from us in the form of a sticker or other small trinkets or our photos.

Where can I submit my proposal for the next poll?

The proposal can be entered in the monthly request form.

STREAMS

Where are private streams held?

They take place on discord in the supporter tab on the "streams" channel. Streams are not recorded, but it may be possible to do so with new equipment in the future.

When are the streams taking place?

Usually they are announced on discord, but there is also a schedule with a streaming plan for the following months in the corresponding post.

How long is the stream?

Usually about 2-3h, depends on our mood.

Will there be public streams?

Yes! We are currently trying to prepare the equipment and setup for multi-streaming on twitch or Picarto. We are also working on our Live2D models for streaming. We stream sometimes on Picarto, Pomf and Twitch. Go follow us. We will also send notifications about streams here and on discord.
